The Covid-19 situation is still evolving. No matter the change, our first priority will always be the health and well being of our customers, staff, and partners. We are monitoring and adapting all health and safety recommendations as currently expressed by Federal, State, and Local authorities. We will be updating our procedures and policies as required for the health of our communities.
As always, our master bed makers, warehouse, and support teams are still on the payroll, ready to provide safe, reliable service.
We've been making beds and mattresses in New York since 1855.
Over that long history, we've been through good times and bad.
And have learned again and again, working together, the American spirit will always prevail.
These days a good nights' sleep is more important than ever and we're here to give you exactly that.
The bedroom has become the modern sanctuary from today's high intensity lifestyles. Our Zen platform bed was designed with this idea in mind. For use in any contemporary bedroom setting, its clean lines and Japanese inspired joinery bring a sense of calm simplicity to any room.
It is entirely constructed of carefully selected solid hardwood planks and as a platform bed uses only a mattress. Its integrated frame and solid wood platform insures excellent overall mattress support and strength. The exclusive multi-step finish emphasizes the impressive wood grain and imparts a level of sophistication often lacking in platform beds. The Zen is available with a top-grain leather headboard or a single shelf. Our dedication to proper proportioning and quality workmanship will be evident as the Zen provides years of pleasure and use.
When Charles P. Rogers founded our company in 1855, little did he know that his company would be as long-lived as the beds he made. Today we celebrate over 150 years of business with an ever-expanding selection of models and styles, including classics from our early days, contemporary designs from the entire 20th century and even premium bed linens and bedding.
The products you see on our web site differ from those on other sites and in other catalogs or stores. Each of our beds is an original, exclusive design, conceptualized by our in-house design team, expertly built in our own factories and available by you, our customer, for direct purchase from our factory store. Don't be fooled by inferior imitations. We use authentic materials and processes in our construction process and pay particular attention to proportion and detail in order to retain the integrity of classic designs while accommodating contemporary bedding sizes and linens.
All of our products are made to the same high standards and offer quality and value that becomes ever more apparent over a lifetime of ownership. Our range of prices is representative of differences in materials and complexity of construction, but, because of our "factory-direct" business model, all prices represent substantial discounts over what you would pay for comparable quality in traditional retail chains and specialty stores.
By necessity, we remain a small company as our products cannot be mass-produced, without sacrificing our hallmark quality. The advantage for you is that our staff understands and cares how our products are made and they know the best way to get them to your home securely, efficiently and economically. We are also dedicated to resolving any potential issues that arise during your purchase and ownership. We can't wait to add you to our growing list of delighted customers.
Since our inception, we have manufactured and sold our products directly to the public from our Manhattan factory showroom or by mail or phone in our catalog. Our showrooms in New Jersey, PA and FL are also open to the public. Right now, a large selection of our most popular styles are in stock and available at substantial savings from made to order prices. Simply order online, by telephone or by visiting one of our factory showrooms. We look forward to assisting you in any way possible.
