The Covid-19 situation is still evolving. No matter the change, our first priority will always be the health and well being of our customers, staff, and partners. We are monitoring and adapting all health and safety recommendations as currently expressed by Federal, State, and Local authorities. We will be updating our procedures and policies as required for the health of our communities.
As always, our master bed makers, warehouse, and support teams are still on the payroll, ready to provide safe, reliable service.
We've been making beds and mattresses in New York since 1855.
Over that long history, we've been through good times and bad.
And have learned again and again, working together, the American spirit will always prevail.
These days a good nights' sleep is more important than ever and we're here to give you exactly that.
In today's design-conscious world, a platform bed has become the focal point of many modern bedrooms, often in queen and king sizes. Beautiful in its simplicity and functional by design, the platform bed's qualities can sometimes belie the sophistication and skill put into building a high quality bed.
We begin every platform bed with a thoughtful original design, created by our in-house designers, emphasizing clean lines and strong traditional joinery. Built in our own factories, our expert craftsmen carefully select the materials and build each bed with strict attention to detail. We offer beds in solid wood, steel and upholstery. Used with only a mattress (no box spring), a solid wood deck provides proper strength and support, even for the large queen and king mattress sizes. Our platform beds strike a delicate balance between elegance and durability, bringing the best of modern design to your home.
When Charles P. Rogers launched the business in 1855, he could hardly have imagined that his company would be as enduring and long-lasting as the beds he made. Today we celebrate over 150 years of business in New York City with an ever-expanding selection of models and styles, including classics from nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, and contemporary designs from the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. We now also offer premium bed linens tohat will complement any bed in our collection.
You will not see the products on our web site on any other site, or in other catalogs or stores. Each of our items is an original, exclusive design, made in our own factories and available for our customers (you) to purchase directly from the manufacturer (us). Do not be fooled by inferior imitations or cheap knock-offs. We use authentic materials and processes in construction and pay particular attention to proportion and detail in order to retain the integrity of classic designs while accommodating contemporary bedding sizes.
All of our products are made to the same high standards and offer quality and value that becomes ever more apparent over a lifetime of ownership. Our range of prices is representative of differences in material costs and complexity of construction. But because of the factory-direct nature of our business, all our pricing represents substantial discounts over what you would pay for similar quality in traditional retail chains or specialty stores.
By necessity we have remained a small company as our products cannot be mass-produced. The advantage for you is that our staff understands and cares how our products are made and they know the best way to get them to your home securely, efficiently and economically. We are also dedicated to resolving any issues that may arise during your purchase and ownership and welcome the opportunity to add you to our growing list of delighted customers.
Since our inception, we have manufactured and sold our products directly to the public from our Manhattan, New Jerse, and Pennsylvania factory showrooms or by mail or phone in our catalog. Our new factory and warehouse in Florida is also open to the public. Right now, a large selection of our most popular styles are in stock and available at substantial savings from made-to-order prices. Simply order online, by telephone or by visiting one of our factory showrooms. We look forward to assisting you in any way possible.
