The Covid-19 situation is still evolving. No matter the change, our first priority will always be the health and well being of our customers, staff, and partners. We are monitoring and adapting all health and safety recommendations as currently expressed by Federal, State, and Local authorities. We will be updating our procedures and policies as required for the health of our communities.

As always, our master bed makers, warehouse, and support teams are still on the payroll, ready to provide safe, reliable service.

We've been making beds and mattresses in New York since 1855.
Over that long history, we've been through good times and bad.
And have learned again and again, working together, the American spirit will always prevail.

These days a good nights' sleep is more important than ever and we're here to give you exactly that.

Modern Leather Headboard Styles | Charles P. Rogers® Est. 1855

Looking for a unique modern leather headboard? You'll find it here. Since 1855, Charles P. Rogers has manufactured original headboards, iron and brass beds, daybeds, trundle beds, canopy beds and bedding. Our product line has recently evolved to include modern leather headboard and bed styles as well as high quality bed linens that will complement all of our elegant leather, brass, iron and wooden beds.

Our Hampton Bed or San Diego Bed features a simple, architectural design, equally at home in a modern or eclectic room setting. Luxury features include extensive use of full-grain leather and premium high density foam throughout for unequalled comfort.

We have many other leather bed styles available as well. Many of our beds, including the Club may be ordered as a headboard alone for use with a standard frame or as a complete bed with solid mahogany frame. The Newhouse headboard is available in your choice of black, vintage brown or ultra white leathers and a selection of super soft microfiber fabrics.

The framework for each leather bed is handcrafted from kiln-dried hardwood. Upholstery is built up in multiple layers to provide an appropriate level of firmness and comfort with special attention given to maintaining the shape and contour of the final form. High density foam is an exclusive feature on many of our leather beds. This advanced material conforms to the required shape while you are sleeping yet returns to its full, original contour when you get out of bed. The comfort is unmatched with the added benefit of retaining its full, upholstered form without sagging or wrinkling over time. Great care is taken in the upholstering process to ensure a high quality fit. Tufting is done by hand in the traditional manner. The bed rails are solid planks of plantation-grown mahogany and feature a concealed, solid steel inner rail that provides superior perimeter and center support for the mattress and boxspring.

We remain a small company by necessity as our products cannot be mass-produced. The advantage for you is that our staff knows and cares how beds are made and they know how to get them to your home efficiently and economically, with expert assembly.
