Featured Iron Beds Styles for Sale:

Handmade Iron and Brass Beds
Many of our solid iron beds have detailed decorative brass accents and utilize brass tube in the bed designs. We use only pure, heavy gauge brass tubing on all of our iron beds. Brass castings, caps and fittings are all solid brass and cast using sand molds built using patterns from our exclusive archives. Brass castings and parts are substantial and heavy adding to the overall authenticity of our iron beds. The quality of our brass insures that over time a beautiful patina will develop. Our iron and brass beds are also finished by hand in a sequence of layers, the brass being carefully antiqued or polished by skilled artisans. Simple, strong assembly combined with our traditional production methods makes our iron beds a cut above modern reproductions.

Traditional Cast Iron Beds
Each iron bed we make is individually hand forged using solid iron bar, precise joinery and finely detailed solid metal castings. We offer both traditional and more contemporary iron sleigh bed designs, each carefully proportioned, proportion for modern bedding sizes to enhance the beauty and elegance, and to provide proper strength while maintaining the integrity of the original design. Our iron bed finishes are all hand applied in multiple layers, giving all of our iron beds a unique luminocity and charm usually found only in antique iron beds.

Castings for all of our iron beds are made in the same traditional manner as our brass parts. Hand carved wood patterns are used to make sand molds into which molten metal is poured. The castings are made directly onto the iron framework, and then finished by hand. Though more costly and time consuming than modern methods, you can see the difference by eye. Details are precise and fully formed and give our iron beds a unique appeal and integral strength.

Iron Canopy Beds
Our iron canopy beds incorporate the same careful craftsmanship and attention to detail as our other iron beds. Hand forging, precise castings and our hand applied finishes give our iron canopy beds a distinctive authenticity and durability not found with other more mass produced beds. On most of our iron canopy beds there is a choice of optional solid brass finials for a finishing touch.

Handmade Modern Iron Beds
Many of our iron beds are more contemporary in nature allowing use in almost any decor. Like all of our iron beds, our modern iron beds are hand forged, exclusive contemporary designs based on simple elegant lines and exquisite detailing. We also offer simple traditional designs with minimal detailing that also mix well in more modern room settings.

Handmade Iron Daybeds and Iron Trundle Beds
Many of our iron daybeds and trundle beds are specifically proportioned in two sizes. The 33' traditional daybed size is space efficient for smaller spaces. The 39" daybed fits a standard twin size mattress which makes it excellent for a guest room or office. Our St. Regis and Chelsea mattresses come in both sizes and are specifically design for use with our iron daybeds and trundles. Both 33" and 39" iron daybeds daybeds have an optional pop up trundle unit which stores underneath and can be used for a handy extra sleeping solution.
