The Covid-19 situation is still evolving. No matter the change, our first priority will always be the health and well being of our customers, staff, and partners. We are monitoring and adapting all health and safety recommendations as currently expressed by Federal, State, and Local authorities. We will be updating our procedures and policies as required for the health of our communities.
As always, our master bed makers, warehouse, and support teams are still on the payroll, ready to provide safe, reliable service.
We've been making beds and mattresses in New York since 1855.
Over that long history, we've been through good times and bad.
And have learned again and again, working together, the American spirit will always prevail.
These days a good nights' sleep is more important than ever and we're here to give you exactly that.
Looking for original handcrafted beds, headboards, bedding and bedroom furniture? You'll find these items and more at Charles Rogers. Founded in New York City in 1855, Charles P. Rogers is a manufacturer of original iron and brass beds, daybeds, sleighbeds, trundle and canopy beds. Over time, we have added headboards, wrought iron and wood bed styles as well as bed linens and bedding sets to our product line.
Each of our beds is still made by hand as they were over a century ago. Our styles are classic, proven to stand the test of time. Some of our bed models have been in continuous production for well over one hundred years. They are appropriately proportioned in all dimensions and accurate to the original design, yet sized to fit modern mattresses for your convenience. Decorative parts and details are carved, cast or forged using original patterns from our archives.
Our bed linens are custom-made to our exact specifications by the oldest mills in Europe and North America. They are designed to look good and last for a very long time. We offer a wide selection of linens and complete bedding sets for daybeds, including duvet covers, bed skirts and dust ruffles.
By necessity we have remained a small company as our products cannot be mass-produced. The advantage for you is that our staff knows and cares how a bed is made and they also know the best way to get it to your home.
Since our inception, we have manufactured and sold our products directly to the public from our Manhattan factory showroom or by mail or phone. We also have showrooms in Hackensack, New Jersey and King of Prussia, PA. Our more recently built warehouse and factory in Florida is also open to the public, so please feel free to stop by and check out the merchandise if you're in the area. Products listed on our Web site and in our catalog are currently in production or in stock allowing us to offer substantial savings from custom "made-to-order" prices.
To order, simply visit or call one of our showrooms. We look forward to assisting you in any way possible.
