Will my bed look exactly as pictured on your website?
Every Charles P. Rogers bed is handmade and one of a kind. No two beds are exactly alike. We do our very best to picture each item as accurately as possible on our website, yet each is a handcrafted object subject to slight variations. Finishes may appear different on your screen than in person, and will look different depending on the lighting. If you would like to see our beautiful beds in person please visit one of our factory showrooms in NY, NJ or PA.
What is included with my bed purchase?
Your bed purchase will come carefully packaged and include:

interior metal frame system to support your box spring and mattress (platform beds include upholstered, padded wood decks to support your mattress, no box spring is needed)

How quickly can I expect delivery?
All our beds are hand made by us and shipped from our New Jersey factory. If your bed is not in stock, it is likely in production or will be scheduled immediately. When you add your bed or headboard to the shopping cart the availability is listed with the item. The time it takes to reach your home is anywhere from one day if you are close to our factory to longer depending on where you live. We're here to help in any way we can so give us a call at 800-582-6229, Mon-Sat 9-9, Sun 11-6 eastern standard time.

We design and build the beds we make and only sell direct from our showrooms and website. This eliminates middleman markups and allows us to sell for less. All products on our website are currently in production, creating even greater efficiencies in manufacturing costs therefore allowing us to offer substantial savings from our regular made-to-order prices.
